Attention Anchor is an app that aims to help people who have Adhd or have trouble focusing and completing tasks. It helps you complete daily tasks with the help of an avatar of your choosing as a (body double). The idea is to simulate an Anchor for ADHDers or distracted individual who feels more focused and anchored in the presence of another person/pet in their space. Thus, the app will help users achieve their everyday goals in a fun interactive way while checking on their mental wellbeing.

User Research
For the Attention Anchor app, the primary audience is people with ADHD, and the secondary audience is people struggling with time management. The interviews and surveys were conducted anonymously.
